If you have found that your running speed is not improving and you are wondering how you can try something different, then i can't recommend twice day training enough.
I speak to many runners who are still sceptical so if you don't believe me then just try it one day a week to start off with, you wont look back!
I have recently started reading a book called "The Art of Running Faster." Whilst this book does contain a fair amount of waffle,this particular article below helps to explain twice day running really well. I havent posted the entire chapter because you can get the gist from what I am showing here.
