Massive half marathon pb for Paul!

I teamed up with Paul for the second time since our successful marathon campaign. Paul has been struggling to progress from his half marathon pb of 1.38.30. So a few months ago we identified The Goodwood Running Grand Prix on December 6th 2020 as a great target. As before Paul was a great athlete to work with sticking to my plan and doing all as I advised him to do through out our 3 month campaign. Come race day Paul had a major battle with his brother which proved to be a very useful rivalry as he powered to a brilliant 1.34.09 for a massive 4 minute pb!! Fortunately I was able to be there to witness the race and I was very happy afterwards, although I have never seen Paul smile so much! Here's to the next campaign, hopefully in 2021.
