I am so very proud to have trained Lee Lalande for the Abingdon Marathon 2017. She was an excellent athlete and a pleasure to work with.
After following my plan, which incorporated a solid 80/20 balance and progressive weekly mileage including cut weeks, Lee smashed her PB by 10 minutes. Amazing work Lee!!
