I recently had the pleasure of coaching Paul Sheraton for his first ever 26.2 miles,the Loch Ness Marathon in September. Paul asked me if I could create a programme for a sub 4 hour first attempt. This was a big challenge but after sitting down with Paul I thought that it was achievable. In the days after our meeting I came up with a training plan.......
After many weeks of training with my guidance Paul achieved an outstanding 3 hours 57 min 30 seconds!
Paul was great to work with and although we had some difficult weeks with minor injuries he still managed to achieve his goal.
